Our client, a reputable Legal 500 Firm, is actively seeking a skilled Solicitor to join their expanding Wills and Probate team to work alongside the teams current Fee Earners. This opportunity allows you to showcase your expertise in Private Client remit within a warm and supportive atmosphere, where your skills and knowledge will be truly appreciated.

Type of work:
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Deeds of variation
- Probate matters (to include tax and trusts and complex estate accounts)
- Dealing with elderly clients and mental health matters
- Court of Protection and Public Guardian matters
- Dealing with discretionary and nil rate band trusts
- Undertaking home, hospital and residential care home visits
