Role Overview:
The firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join its dynamic Private Client team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career development in a supportive environment, working on a broad range of private client matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Build and maintain client relationships.
• Wills and Estate Planning: Draft and advise on wills and estate planning documents.
• Probate: Assist in estate administration.
• Trusts: Advise on trust creation and management.
• Taxation: Provide inheritance and capital gains tax advice.
• Elderly Client Services: Offer legal advice on care planning.
• Research: Conduct legal research and stay updated on laws.
• Collaboration: Work with the Private Client team and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in private client work
• Education: LLB or equivalent and LPC completion.
• Experience: Relevant experience through training contracts or roles.
• Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Professionalism: Client-focused with high professional standards.
