Private Client Solicitor

Leigh, Liverpool or Warrington (Hybrid Role)

Salary: Negotiable, Based on Experience

Job Type: Full-Time

A dynamic and busy legal team is seeking an experienced Private Solicitor to join their ranks. The team is known for its supportive atmosphere, collaborative environment, and commitment to providing exceptional legal services to clients.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and in a choice of any of my clients office locations (Liverpool, Warrington or Leigh). The successful candidate will step into a full case load, handling a variety of private law matters. This position is ideal for a seasoned solicitor looking to make an immediate impact and further their career in a thriving legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of private law cases from start to finish.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
  • Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with clients, other solicitors, and third parties.
  • Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in private law.
  • Strong experience in handling a full case load independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding client service.
