Private Client Solicitor, Dorchester Area, Dorset

This is a superb opportunity to join a well known firm who are looking to expand their busy Private Client team with the appointment of a professional and highly motivated solicitor or legal executive.

West Dorset is an area of high net worth and the firm have built up an excellent reputation of looking after the local community and beyond, particularly with home visits to help people have a full understanding of their affairs.

You should be a car driver with a clean licence able to meet clients but also handle walk-ins and deal with enquiries as they appear in your in-tray.

You should have strong academics and have good technical skills and be career driven looking to progress in an ambitious law firm.

Typical duties :
  • Drafting and executing wills;
  • Drafting, attending to signing and registering LPAs together with all associated correspondence;
  • Assistance in the administration of estates; and
  • With management of financial affairs for clients where the firm acts as Attorney or Deputy.
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the West Dorset area.
