You'll be a proactive, highly motivated solicitor or legal executive that can work without supervision.
 
Succession planning is taking place which means a path to partnership in the medium term.
 
You'll have upwards of 5 years PQE and motivated by managing a varied caseload of wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, tax/care fee planning, estate admin and probate matters. You can expect a mixed caseload , some of the cases will be complex in nature.
 
You should be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and be able to build and maintain valuable client relationships. You'll be organised and willing, enthusiastic and creative.
