Private Client Solicitor

Location: Hull or Beverley

Salary: Competitive (DOE)

Reed Legal are delighted to be working with a fantastic well-established firm who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor or Paralegal to join their growing team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload with a focus on estate administration, providing expert legal advice with professionalism and empathy.

Day to day of the role:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, focusing on estate administration.
  • Handling probate and estate administration from start to finish, advising clients on estate planning and inheritance tax issues.
  • Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and trust documents.
  • Building and maintain strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with relevant legal standards and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years PQE as a private client solicitor/FILEX/CLC or similar experienced Fee Earner.
  • Strong knowledge of probate, estate administration, wills, and trusts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines, with high levels of accuracy.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding client service as well as a proven track record of consistent billing.
