Join our friendly and professional law firm in Maidstone, dedicated to providing high-quality legal services. We are seeking a qualified Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to manage a diverse caseload and deliver exceptional client service.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.
  • Provide clear and practical legal advice tailored to client needs.
  • Draft and meticulously review legal documents.
  • Conduct client meetings and foster strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Ensure strict compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Engage in business development activities to promote the firm’s services and expand client base.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in private client law.
  • In-depth knowledge of wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a proactive client-focused approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
