A well-regarded and welcoming law firm in Cheshire is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join their established and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in private client work within a firm that values both its people and its clients.

The Role:

You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters including:

  • Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
  • Administering Probate and managing estates
  • Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Advising on Tax Planning and Inheritance Tax Exemptions
  • Handling Inheritance Claims and matters of Intestacy

You’ll be given autonomy over your work while being part of a collaborative team committed to delivering excellent client care.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in private client law
  • Experience handling your own private client caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organised, efficient, and comfortable managing deadlines
  • A client-focused approach with empathy and professionalism
