Our client is a well-established, mid-tier accountancy firm with a significant presence in Maidstone. They pride themselves on providing top-tier tax solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients.

Description

  • Manage and oversee the delivery of tax services to private clients.
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of circa 200 clients.
  • Provide expert advice on tax affairs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of tax strategy and policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the achievement of departmental goals.
  • Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and industry trends.
  • Participate in business development activities to grow the client base.
  • Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Profile

A successful Private Client Tax Manager should have:

  • CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified.
  • Proven experience in tax management within a professional services setting.
  • Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Offer
