Private Client Tax Senior Manager

A Big 4 Accounting Practice is recruiting for a Private Client Tax Senior Manager

This highly established Private Client team work with a wide variety of HNW, UHNW individuals, ranging from executives of multi-national businesses, business owners and entrepreneurs, senior members of private equity firms, family offices and landed estates. They also provide advice to Partnerships, Trusts and Estates.

As a Personal Tax Senior Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage your own client base that will include HNW/UHNWI, entrepreneurs, shareholders and international individual
• Identify leads for new work through your existing client base and be actively involved in business development - winning new work, cross selling, quoting and onboarding
• Manage the delivery and implementation of often complex international tax advice
• Research and deliver innovative solutions to best support your clients
• Manage billing and report on work in progress (WIP)
• Direct line management

There is clear progression from Senior Manager to Director and ultimately Partner.

The firm offers flexible/agile working and currently expects individuals to be in the office 1 to 2 days per week. You will have demonstrable experience working as a Private Client Senior Manager/Associate Director in Practice and be CTA, ACA, ATT qualified.
