Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Private Equity Associate to join our London team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with relevant experience who is eager to embark on a career in private equity. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members, gaining hands-on experience in deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Deal Sourcing and Evaluation: Assist in identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities.

Due Diligence: Conduct thorough market research, financial analysis, and company due diligence.

Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment decisions.

Portfolio Management: Support the monitoring and management of portfolio companies, including performance analysis and reporting.

Industry Research: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape.

Investor Relations: Assist in the preparation of investment materials and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Previous internship or work experience in investment banking, consulting, finance, or a related field.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Proficiency in financial modelling and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

High level of professionalism and integrity.
