Private Wealth & Inheritance Legal Secretary

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a highly acclaimed Private Wealth and Inheritance Department in Farnborough. This role is part of a support team that provides secretarial and administrative support to 14 fee earners, ensuring that they can focus on the legal work and provide an efficient friendly and professional service to clients.

You would be joining an award-winning, Legal 500 ranked team and will enjoy an interesting and varied mix of duties including serving as the initial point of contact for new client enquiries, managing diaries, handling file administration, secretarial duties, billing and accounts as well as supporting with business development.

To apply you should have strong administrative skills, IT, effective communication skills with the ability to build rapport. Previous experience in Private Wealth & Inheritance is desirable, although experience in other legal secretarial roles will be considered.
