Probate Solicitor - Full or Part Time considered.

Salary up to £50,000 per annum dependent upon experience and qualifications.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (Full Time) Part Time hours considered.

Our client, a prestigious law firm based in Market Harborough, is seeking a solicitor/legal executive with 3-4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their friendly and professional team within the dynamic field of Wills and Probate.

The successful candidate will handle a variety of wills, trusts and probate matters, providing comprehensive legal services with a client-centered approach. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through the complexities of estate planning, will writing, and the probate process, ensuring their peace of mind during sensitive times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting wills, trusts, LPA's, managing probate applications and administering estates.
  • Providing tailored advice on wills, estate planning, trusts and tax implications.
  • Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and other professionals to facilitate a smooth process.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
  • Adhering to firm's commitment of 'Caring for clients and their Generations'.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A qualified solicitor/legal executive with 4 years PQE in Wills and Probate Law.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to client consultations.
  • Strong organisational capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ensuring that all client work is progressed in a timely manner and clients are informed on progress and on costs.
  • Providing outstanding client care throughout every matter.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
