Daily tasks of the successful Process Engineer: 

  • Ensure strict adherence and compliance with corporate EH&S goals and objectives
  • Leading NPD projects within the value stream ensuring all activities are completed within the project plan timeline.
  • Develop CapEx projects linked to the design and installation of new plant equipment.
  • Liaising with suppliers to manage the introduction of tooling and machines.
  • Ensure all Engineering, New Product/Process development adhere to the Quality Always program and working with the facility and corporate Quality team ensure strict adherence to the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), in line with corporate quality strategy.


Requirements for the successful Process Engineer:

  • 3 years minimum experience in a manufacturing engineering environment
  • Six Sigma green belt
  • Excellent Problem Solver with a good understanding of Root Cause Analysis methodologies such as DMAIC, 8D, 5-Why etc.
  • Good understanding of Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles within injection moulding and ability to design and manufacture machine and assembly Jigs/Fixtures and associated tooling.
