Process Operator- (Day Shift)
Location: Liphook, Hampshire
Salary : £14.00- £15.00 per hour
Benefits: 22 days holiday, overtime, bonus.

Job Description

Syntech Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Process Operators to work for an well established
manufacturing business. You will ideally come from a Manufacturing environment and be sufficient in operating
machinery and computers and have high standards to produce the best results.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To assist the Production Supervisor in the delivery of efficient production capability in accordance to all procedures
• Responsible for the production of the components in line with the standard operating procedures and quality
• Working with your colleagues to ensure you meet departmental deadlines and production goals
• Hand trimming and material preparation
• Safe use of hand tools and power tools and automated machines in line with Health and Safety
• Accurate recording of production data
• Report any rejects as soon as you know
• Loading and transport of materials/components
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace at all times
• Assist in production as and when necessary
• Work closely with other departments as when needed
• Be a team player at all times

About you

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Able to read and interpret written work instructions and drawings
• Good communication skills
• Self starter
• High standards of literacy and numeracy
