Role Overview

proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.

Our immediate requirement is for a Administrator to be a key part of our Egham team, representing proAV, taking full responsibility for the administration of emails and enquiries within the Procurement Team. Previous procurement experience not required.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Emailing orders to suppliers
  • Following up with suppliers to check orders have been received and that all the details are captured correctly on order confirmations which will include: Part number, quantities, pricing, delivery dates, delivery address, and any other information vital for accurate processing
  • Tracking orders to Warehouse and third party addresses
  • Dealing with enquiries from buyers, Project Managers/coordinators, Logistics and Warehousing teams
  • Checking daily reports for tasks to include: orders placed, orders overdue and high priority order progress
  • Manage invoice queries

  • No previous experience in Procurement required
