Title: Procurement Administrator

Sector: Healthcare

Location: Reading / Hybrid (3 days in / 2 days from home)

Salary & Package: £30,000 + additional benefits package.

Sea Global are proud to be partnering with one of Europe’s leading Medical Device organisations, who offer their services in four different healthcare markets.

Over the past few years they have grown tremendously in size and they are looking to add an experienced Administrator to the procurement function.

You will be supporting the team that focuses on providing medical device procurement support to a number of NHS and private healthcare providers.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the supplier data and keep track of suppier details
  • Support the Procurement and Supply Chain Teams with day-to-day ad-hoc duties
  • Advise or re-direct to the correct person when any issues arise
  • Cover for any procurement staff when they are on leave with placing orders

Experience & Requirements

  • Ideally will have 1 years’ experience within the similar type of role
  • Experience within a similar industry would be beneficial, however my client are happy to speak with candidates who have experience within other industries
  • Is an organised, collaborative, and can work on their own or within a team
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment
