Procurement Administrator
The Procurement Admin will be responsible for supporting the Procurement team and ensuring orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with business processes. They will also ensure all contracts and supporting documents are uploaded into the relevant databases with details accurately recorded and manage contract renewals in conjunction with the team.

Description
Core Responsibilities
- Raising purchase orders and work orders using Xero and Simpro
- Expediting purchase orders as required
- Issuing documentation for completion and signature
- Uploading and maintaining supplier and contract details in relevant databases
- Manage the Procurement Inbox
- Supporting Procurement team with specific projects as required
Profile
Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial/office environment, preferably within a Procurement function
- Proficiency in using MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy for order processing and data entry
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good verbal and written communications skills to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders and suppliers
Qualifications
- Administration or CIPS Qualifications desirable
- Good level of education including a high level of spoken and written English and Maths
