Procurement Analyst - Project Buyer - Digital & Tech - £250-275/D - London

Position Overview:
The Procurement Analyst will manage project spend, support project teams with analysis and reporting, ensure compliance with procurement guidelines, and drive timely supplier payments.

Key Responsibilities of the Procurement Analyst

• Manage project spend and reporting.
• Ensure supplier payments are made within agreed timescales.
• Monitor open orders with suppliers.
• Create and manage projects in Agresso.
• Address internal queries to facilitate payment processes.
• Liaise with stakeholders for procurement compliance.
• Train and support in new Purchase to Pay practices.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills of the Procurement Analyst:

• Commercial procurement.
• Strong business support and administration.
• Experience in accurate reporting and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
