Procurement Assistant
  • Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
  • Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
  • Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a Procurement Assistant to join our team and contribute to the full procurement process, ensuring operational excellence and supporting our mission to provide unrivalled customer experience and professional service.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in line with company policies.
  • Monitor and track orders, resolving any delivery issues.
  • Communicate with suppliers for quotes, price negotiations, and product samples.
  • Support the operational team and ensure the best service delivery to customers.
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Monitor procurement budgets and assist in cost-saving initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean and compliant warehouse environment.
  • Generate procurement reports to track performance and identify improvement areas.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A drive to learn and grow within a procurement/supply chain environment.
  • Team player with a supportive attitude.
  • High levels of self-motivation and organisation.
  • Integrity and dedication to the role.
