Description

• Oversee procurement operations and manage a dynamic team
• Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies
• Ensure compliance with industry and company standards
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Monitor market trends and analyse their impact on procurement activities
• Participate in risk management for supply contracts and agreements
• Drive sustainability efforts within the procurement function

Profile

A successful Procurement Lead should have:

• A degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience leading a team in the Procurement & Supply Chain department
• Strong technical skills related to procurement and supply chain operations
• Strategic mindset to develop and implement procurement strategies
• Excellent negotiation skills for managing supplier contracts
• Understanding of market trends and their impact on procurement activities
