Procurement Manager - Indirects

We are seeking a German speaking Procurement Manager with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Your role will be pivotal in fostering strong relationships across all internal functions and stakeholders, driving commercial performance through innovative savings, rebates, and efficiencies.

This is a hybrid working role but you will be responsible for owning relationships and the supply chain strategy for the German speaking markets.

Please note the salary on offer for this role is between 130,000 CHF to 145,000 CHF per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing, tendering, contracting, and supplier management activities.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure all procurement activities are ethically sound, legally compliant, and align with company values.
• Drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and innovation in supplier management practices.

About You:

• Fluent in German (non-negotiable).
• Strong experience in strategic indirect procurement within a dynamic, multi-site business. Ideally with exposure to marketing, IT, FM, construction, property categories
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Exposure to Retail and Consumer industries
• High-energy individual who thrives under pressure and is committed to professional growth.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with a solid understanding of commercial contracting and law.
