Procurement Manager

Our leading Financial Services client is looking for a skilled Procurement Process Specialist to support the transition of a new Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) tool as part of a Procurement Transformation project. This role is critical to the successful migration and integration of the new processes that will support the successful adoption of the new technology. The Procurement Process Specialist will work to review, amend and build new processes for the procurement and supplier management teams to support successful roll out of new technology.

Key Responsibilities

Policy and Process Improvements

  • Analyse current procurement, supplier management and risk management processes to identify necessary gaps, changes and improvements.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders to update policies and procedures that align with the new tool's capabilities and requirements.
  • Build and deliver best-in-class playbooks of processes and procedures to wrap around the new technology across the entire spectrum of Procurement (Source-to-Pay, TPRM, Supplier Performance Management etc).
  • Work with our Business Analyst and implementation partner to develop and document new workflows, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant UK and Irish Financial Services regulations and standards through updated policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all processes and policies are compliant, proportionate, user friendly and enable the BAU team to monitor compliance against.
