A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven Procurement Manager to join a highly renowned organisation who have a huge impact on Wales and are shaping its future. This is a fulltime, permanent role offering hybrid working.

The role

Join a collaborative team where you'll:

  • Achieve savings and value-add targets
  • Manage supply chain risks and enhance capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Build strong supplier relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and deliver value.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including Public Sector framework managers and regulatory bodies.
Role Requirements:

  • Expertise in Public Sector or regulated procurement
  • Knowledge of procurement laws and regulations
  • Experience in category management, sourcing, and contract negotiation
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
Desired Skills:

  • CIPS qualification and business degree preferred
  • Familiarity with infrastructure projects a plus
Salary: £45,000-£48,000 plus 33 days annual leave plus excellent benefits
