Workchain is currently seeking a Procurement Manager to join our client in Cheltenham. This role offers a competitive pay rate of £18.06 per hour and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency
- Manage supplier contracts and relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and products
- Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable agreements
- Oversee procurement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and strategies

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of procurement processes, negotiation techniques, and contract management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)
