Description

• Leading the procurement of all ingredients and fresh food products.
• Working closely with supply chain and NPD on new menu launches.
• Creating long term relationships with suppliers.
• Working with the restaurants to ensure on time, in full delivery of products.

Profile

• 6 years + food procurement experience from within the hospitality sector.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• The ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• A passion for the food industry!
