Title: Procurement Specialist - FM

Location: London / hybrid working

Salary & Package: £40,000 - £45,000 + bonus and additional benefits

Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with an international renowned leader in the Property Services sector, who are currently looking to appoint a Procurement Specialist to join their ever-changing function.

The role sits within the centralised procurement function here in London and will have be support the Senior Procurement Manager. He is looking for a progressive Sourcing / Procurement professional who is going to take the lead on the lower risk / spend areas and support him on the bigger projects.

This role would be really well to suited an up and coming Buyer / Sourcing Specialist who is looking to take their next step on their career and work for a global, exciting business!

Role & Responsibilities

  • Report into and work closely with the Senior Procurement Manager
  • The categories involved in this role will sit in the main across FM categories such as Waste, M&E, Grounds, Security, Cleaning and more
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance, including financial and tender analysis
  • Work closely with both internal and external partners, such as Facilities Managers and Vendors
  • Deputise for the Category Manager when needed (holidays etc)

Experience & Requirements

  • Ideally will have experience of the categories listed above
  • Will be comfortable working both within a team and autonomously
  • Should have a couple of years procurement experience and ready to take their next step
  • CIPS or relevant certification would be preferable however not at all essential
