Our client in Financial Services is looking for a Procurement Specialist to support the Head of Procurement in achieving agreed objectives across mainly indirects categories.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of procurement spend and supply base to establish suppliers per category
  • Analysis of supply markets to identify potential suppliers and market trends
  • Identification of internal and external cost drivers in the categories
  • Preparation of tender documents
  • Use procurement tools to develop and implement sourcing strategies including: RFI, RFP, RFQ, Analysis, etc.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience within a Procurement function
  • Knowledge of procurement sourcing activities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Experience of running RFI and RFP sourcing activities
  • Experience of reviewing statements of work and other contract documents
  • Demonstrable commercial awareness and experience
  • Contract and supplier management experience

** Please note, this a hybrid role based in London 3 days per week / 2 WFH. You must have full Right to Work in the UK**
