Description

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for the organisation.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality goods.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential new suppliers and products.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
  • To look after HR & IT categories
  • Manage relationships with existing suppliers to ensure excellent service.
  • Oversee procurement processes and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and manage inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Profile

A successful Procurement Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Proficient knowledge of procurement processes and systems.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry and its supply chain operations.
  • Experience in managing HR and IT categories
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
  • A keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy.
