Berry Recruitment is out looking for an experienced HR/ Procurement person with great experience within the construction industry!

Permanent position - looking for someone ASAP.

Full Time on Site.

Salary between £45,000 up to £55,000 per annum + Benefits.

Car Allowance + Private Health Care!

Responsibilities:

• You will be liaising with Supply Chain Directors, Heads of Procurement, alongside other team members within the organisation.
• You will be responsible for procurement activities such as analysing market trends and supplier performance to minimise any risks, negotiating and presenting new ideas to enhance revenue and margin opportunities.

You will need to have:

• Previous experience in Procurement in construction industry.
• Possessing high integrity and the ability to manage risk throughout procurement and contract processes.
• Capable of leading and working effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Have Full Driving Licence.
