Premier Work Support are excited to be recruiting for a Product Data Analyst for a prestigious Manufacturing client based in Tadworth. This is a temporary position.

This role will be working on all sectors (Family Care, Baby & Childcare and Adult) for the client. These best-selling ranges are sold throughout the EMEA region. This exciting role is to help coordinate and analyse the data of products to ensure the company continues to track well in delivering to ambitious targets.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct and support UAT testing for ERP to ePIM integration.
* Conduct and support UAT testing for ePIM to the website product data syndication.
* Accountable for ePIM UI & data display testing for ePIM fields.
* Support testing and management of Sell in Sheet data generation and export functionality.
* Ensure and support digital assets/meta data mapping to product codes/SKUs.
* Management of various ePIM report templates for marketing, data exports or imports, etc.
* Review product SKUs and asset meta data and product asset mapping exports.
* Work with ecommerce/category teams to coordinate the build of product data into ePIM.
* Support product manager/teams to address integration or product data/sync issues.
* Lead or participate in regular meetings w/ stakeholders on data build and integration progress.
* Manage the prioritization of product data or integration fixes with stakeholders and product teams.
* Document process changes and provide capability sessions to business teams managing catalogue data.
* Manage and create process flow diagrams and capability guides for stakeholders, and drive training or knowledge. share sessions on product data management & governance with business.
* Support Product Manager on product data management processes and developing optimization strategies.

Qualifications and experience needed:
* Experience with product data management and managing large SKU catalogs for enterprise business.
* 2+ years of managing data in enterprise-level application or database.
* 2+ years gathering, creating and optimizing content data for large-scale databases.
* 2+ years working with project management tools.
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders to prioritize effectively while managing diverse needs of a growing business.
* Experience of working in an AGILE environment
* Work experience in Communications, Marketing, Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science a plus.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen and resilience under pressure.
* Self-motivated, performance and results driven with good time management skills.
* Ability to work through ambiguity and is a creative problem solver.
* Experience with enterprise-level applications or marketing technology.

Hours of work:

  • 12 hours a week
