Our client is currently seeking a Product Design Engineer to work across their Marketing and Manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for a recent engineering graduate or someone with experience CAD designing and developing engineering products, if you think you fit this then LOOK NO FURTHER!

Duties for the Product Design Engineer include:

• Use CAD software and instrumentation to design new and existing products, ensuring designs maximise efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Collect customer data through reports to enhance existing products.
• Hands on testing on designs, collaborating with the quality and production teams to ensure products meet standards.
• Assist on the manufacturing floor with any issues found.

The successful Product Design Engineer will have / be:

• A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, master’s degree is desirable.
• Experience using Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks to design engineering models.
• The ability to collaborate across departments to develop products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
