Great new immediately available temp role for an experienced Product Development Coordinator to support this market-leading Music Merchandise brand based in Central London. Experience working in a product focused role within High Street Fashion or E-commerce is highly desirable. Duties will include:

  • Manage/Own sampling and production critical path
  • Monitoring open orders and chasing suppliers for updates to ensure they are delivered within specified delivery dates
  • Ensure artist customs letters are maintained an up to date, making all relevant changes
  • Requesting changes with design teams and managing deadlines on Monday boards
  • Deal with all queries - suppliers, retail buying teams and Brand Management teams may have
  • Sampling styles with vendors, inspecting and sending for final approval.
  • Work with finance to process for invoicing. Supporting finance and supply chain on any supplier queries and ensuring our PO's match the financials.
  • Sourcing artwork files and sharing with supplier, designers or buying teams.
  • Attending and supporting buyers meetings with pre and post meeting preparations including diary management and meeting request

Successful candidate will need top-notch MS Excel/PowerPoint skills and be comfortable working with data to strict deadlines and with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
