The role will involve interaction with many different teams within the firm as well as the wider industry.

The Product Governance team at Quilter Cheviot is responsible for ensuring that our products are designed and perform to meet client's needs. This oversight is undertaken by meetings with counterparties, desk-based analysis and presentation of findings to the relevant forums.

In additional to governance the team launches new products when a new market opportunity is identified and would close any product that no long meets client needs.

Some of the day to day tasks with be:
  • Produce product review papers for the Product Governance Forum and wider business as required
  • Source papers and data for the PGF from other teams.
  • Attend monthly meetings of the PGF and provide challenge where needed
  • Help embed Customer Duty into the team's processes analysis of data to support production of the annual Assessment of Value
  • Support maintenance of QC Product Governance Policies, Approvals and other PGF documentation
  • Monitoring and analysis of distribution data, fund flows and other quantitative data and providing review reports on funds for the PGF
  • Working with Marketing and Investment Specialists to ensure the correct messaging and positioning of products is carried through into marketing collateral and investment communications
  • Analyse data for distribution of funds and respond to third party requests for data

  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as IMC/CFA are desirable
