We are working with a well-established Bristol business who are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join them.

This an exciting opportunity to join an organisation that not only fosters an exceptional culture but also is working within a cutting-edge Technology environment. This role is newly created and affords the successful candidate the opportunity to work with autonomy and make a real difference.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Define strategy and roadmap for the value stream.
  • Align with departmental and business objectives.
  • Ensure Optimization Products deliver customer and commercial benefits.
  • Develop outcome-focused strategy for Commercial Operations.
  • Set and track stretch OKRs for team motivation.
  • Conduct research to define business and customer problems.
  • Lead discovery to identify and prioritize key issues.
  • Implement and optimize new technologies, including ML.
  • Foster an agile, adaptive, and collaborative culture.
  • Monitor product performance and manage stakeholder relationships.

You will have the following experience:

  • Background in Product Leadership.
  • Commercially focused.
  • Engaging and confident presenter.
  • Highly motivated with a growth mindset.
  • Led and coached cross-functional teams, including data engineers and scientists.
  • Managed third-party contracts and performance against SLAs.
  • Used technology to optimize decisions.
  • Analyzed complex, large-scale data sets for decision-making

The role is hybrid and you will need to comfortable commuting into the office 3 days a week.
