Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a Product Manager - Performance Measurement and Attribution SME to join our team!

This role is in our Global Technologies and Operations Division, which is a world leader in financial technology that produces and supports a host of digital platforms and software products utilized by asset managers.

In this role which focuses on Performance Reporting, you will act as a consultant to both internal and external stakeholders, drive product enhancements, and manage partner relationships.

We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the external partner relationship and technical integration of the Broadridge Portfolio Management System with a market-leading Performance measurement vendor
  • Overseeing successful deployments of the Performance module at clients, including custom requirements for advanced Performance analytics
  • Work with Support and Development teams on Performance module operational issues, ensuring reliability and accuracy of performance metrics
  • Work with Development team on Performance module enhancements for streamlining workflows and dynamic web-based reporting
  • Designing new Performance report presentations in consultation with clients, including interactive data visualizations and integrated reporting with Risk and Portfolio analytics
  • Supporting Sales through conducting product offering and proof-of-concept demonstrations, assisting completion of RFPs, preparation of marketing materials
  • Providing occasional consultancy support to other Broadridge teams on Performance measurement
Your Profile:
  • Strong knowledge of Performance Measurement and Attribution
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills required
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through on tasks to meet deadlines
  • A self-starter with the capability to thrive in a dynamic working environment
  • Highly adaptable and team-oriented
  • Ability to use professional presentation skills to work with internal and external groups
