Product Manager - UCITS & Private Markets

Key Activities

• Taking new funds to market, working with, investment teams, and distribution teams to drive and lead new product ideas from inception to launch
• Oversight of the fund valuations, pricing models and sign-offs of distributions and drawdowns
• Oversight of the third-party investment managers and their funds
• Appointment and management of third-party suppliers such as administrators, auditors, custodians.
• Manage and implement project plans for taking new funds to market
• Working closely with Investor Relations, Distribution and Marketing Teams

Experience

• Degreed level, and good academics
• Ideally, experience across private market structures such as private equity and private debt.
• Understanding of how these funds are accounted for, custody, reporting and tax matters
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time, and prioritise appropriately
• Ability to be a self-starter and manage complex implementation plans for new product launches
• Thorough knowledge and the ability to analyse key competitors and the competitive environment
• Good working knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment
• Ability to build strong working relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
