Product Manager Consultant Opportunity

Lynx have partnered with an award-winning, global IT Consultancy that specialises in helping companies with digital transformation and customer experience focusing within the Retail industry.

This is a permanent position offering a salary ranging from £65,000 - £75,000 + bonus and benefits and working on a fully remote working model.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of Product Strategy and Roadmaps and Execution
  • Manage and lead delivery teams
  • Acting as Scrum Master enabling teams to adopt scrum values, principles and practices
  • Able to clearly articulate Product visions
  • Experience of writing User Stories / Epics and associated Acceptance Criteria

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Delivery/Product-led ways of working
  • Ability to coach and teach others the many facets of Delivery and the Agile transformation
  • Experience working within the Retail industry would be a bonus
  • Consulting/customer facing experience would be beneficial but not essential
  • Degree educated in an IT or Business-Related field
