About you:?
To be successful and thrive as a Product Manager at Access Learn, you will need first and foremost to have an entrepreneurial mentality. You are committed to excel with energy and endurance, as you understand that building a product is hard but satisfying work. You have a passion for building great products and technology, superior communication skills, high integrity, and great attention to detail.
You're a doer, who will adapt and change tactics until you find the winning approach. You feel comfortable getting your hands dirty in the problems of today, yet never losing sight of the long-term direction. You have stamina, resilience, and grit.

Day-to-day, you will:?
• Manage Stakeholders
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise product features and enhancements based on market needs, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Build and Plan Roadmap
Create and maintain a clear and prioritised backlog of well written user stories, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee Development
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and UX, to deliver high-quality software and services on time and within budget.
• Represent Customers
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that user needs and expectations are understood and addressed in the product development process.
• Agile Focus
Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, providing guidance and direction to the development team.
• Ideate and Iterate
Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Keep Track
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product releases.
• Listen and Empathise
Engage with customers and gather feedback to drive product improvements and iterate on existing features.
• Play with Others
Foster a collaborative and transparent team culture, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing

Your skills and experiences might also include:??
• Demonstratable product management experience building SaaS products.
• A strategic vision for the product that aligns with company goals and execute on it.
• A background in engineering or analytics with extensive hands-on experience.
• You are adept at simplifying complex trade-offs and getting buy-in from your team and the company.
• A data driven approach and can connect data points from across disciplines (e.g., user research, product analytics) to make decisions with the customer in mind.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent time management, project management, prioritisation, and sense of ownership skills
• Experience working with the Agile methodology of software development
• Experience with cross functional teams, including collaborating with partners in Engineering, Product Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Ability to digest client feedback and determine appropriate action items
