Reed Marketing & Creative are collaborating with a rapidly growing business in search of a Product Manager to enhance their exceptional growing marketing team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving excellence in product management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including product setup, launch scenarios, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with Global Product Managers and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive product success.
• Understand customer needs deeply to identify necessary product modifications or resources to enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor the competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Optimise pricing, margins, and forecasts to meet market demands in the UK and internationally.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and service teams to support customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including coordinating software and firmware releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful product launches.
• Strong understanding of product management processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Planner, SugarCRM and PowerBI.
• Be resilient, go-getting and willing to push back against Stakeholders to progress with your timelines

In return you will receive a salary of up to £45,000 plus a luxurious Benefits package with development to grow in a Global Market Leader! This role will be a hybrid role where you will need to be onsite 1 day a week for Weekly meetings and this is non-negotiable!
