Product Support Analyst - Up to £350 per day PAYE - UK Remote - 6 month contract

My client, the leading global social media / technology organisation, are looking to recruit a Product Support Analyst to join them on a 6 months contract.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Build technical knowledge and expertise in the organisations market leading social media platforms various advertising products
  • Provide consultative guidance to sales teams and external clients on best practices and the organisations product setups
  • Troubleshoot and prioritise technical advertising issues, and escalate to specialists when appropriate for further troubleshooting or de- bugging
  • Effectively communicate technical resolutions, workarounds, and product confusions to the sales and account team
  • Facilitate a high-end customer experience related to support for advertising bugs and ensure all support SLAs are met
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows and support processes
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years experience in a Technical Support or other relavant postions
  • 2+ years experience within Advertising technology / AdTech and/or Technology industry
  • Experience with troubleshooting and ticket escalation
  • Experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences
  • Experience of using advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery
  • Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, Restful APIs
  • Familiarity with SQL
Package:
  • Circa £350 per day PAYE (Inside IR35)
  • 20 days paid holiday
  • Annual bonus
  • 6 months contract
  • Remote working in the UK
