Are you an experienced within technical customer support? If so, our client, an engineering company, are looking for a Product Support Engineer with experience within the electronics/automation sector, to work on their site in Tewkesbury.   

Position – Product Support Engineer    
Contract Type - Permanent
Location – Tewkesbury

Responsibilities – Product Support Engineer
  • Provide technical support to new and existing customers.
  • Assist with new product development that suit customer requirements, working closely with the R&D team.
  • Produce a range of technical documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and train engineers when required using technical knowledge.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Required – Product Support Engineer
  • Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering.
  • Experience working with servo drives and motors.
  • Ability to operate on software programming languages (Python, BASIC, C)
  • Experience with PLC’s and HMI screens.
  • Some experience with robotics
