Position – Product Support Engineer
Contract Type - Permanent
Location – Tewkesbury
Responsibilities – Product Support Engineer
- Provide technical support to new and existing customers.
- Assist with new product development that suit customer requirements, working closely with the R&D team.
- Produce a range of technical documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support and train engineers when required using technical knowledge.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Required – Product Support Engineer
- Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering.
- Experience working with servo drives and motors.
- Ability to operate on software programming languages (Python, BASIC, C)
- Experience with PLC’s and HMI screens.
- Some experience with robotics
