Job Title: Food Production Line Leader
Location: Dartford, Kent
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for a Food Production Line Leaders to oversee daily operations on the production line and ensure efficiency, safety, and product quality. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a team of line workers, coordinate activities to meet production targets, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate line staff to achieve production goals

• Monitor line performance and adjust workflow as needed

• Ensure compliance with all food safety and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, etc.)

• Train and coach team members on procedures and safety practices

• Communicate issues or delays to senior staff

• Maintain accurate production records and reports

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food production environment (1-2 years preferred)

• Leadership or team lead experience in a manufacturing setting

• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
