Calling all experienced Production Managers! We have a rare Production Manager vacancy for our client, a leading manufacturer in the Oldbury area. What you will be doing as the Production Manager:

  • Managing up to 15 staff
  • Strong management skills are required to lead, motivate and train your team
  • Managing staff holidays, sickness, 1-1’setc.
  • Working in a fast paced light production environment
  • Develop and monitor production schedules
  • Implement and optimise ERP/MRP systems to streamline processes
  • Ensure compliance at all times

Person Specification

  • You will have a strong background as a Production manager within a manufacturing environment
  • Ideally you will have experience with CNC’s and presses
  • You will have strong ERP / MRP experience
  • You will be a strong people manager
  • You will be an excellent communicator
  • You will be able to work in a fast paced production environment, offering process and procedure improvements
