Job Title: Workshop Production Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile workshop Production Manager to lead our Client's manufacturing team in what is a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for CNC, semi-CNC and manual machining (Lathes and mills) and gear cutting, along with a finishing department and plating operation.

You will collaborate with a Production Planner, Production Engineer, and Production Supervisor to optimise production efficiency and ensure seamless workflow across the various machining processes, including day and split shifts.

Required Experience:

* Proven experience in CNC and manual machining, gear cutting, and production management/supervision.

* Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering are desirable.

* Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.

* In-depth knowledge of CNC programming, manual machining processes, gear cutting techniques, and finishing.

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

* Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
