You will be managing the production shop floor and lines to enable maximum production for an FMCG manufacturing company. You will be managing work flows, team leaders and responsible for the overall production rates within the factory. Maintaining GMP practices, Lean methodologies and continuously improving production.

This role is working Monday-Friday paying a very competitive salary with lots of additional benefits including yearly bonuses, 25 days holiday plus BH, excellent pension contributions, Death in service polices, Private medical health, Life assurance and more.

What do you need?

• Experience in a similar position as a Production Manager
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
• Experience in an FMCG environment
• Understanding of GMP
• Pharmaceutical or Cosmetics background
• Good knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO22716
