Are you a Production Manager looking for a new role in a fast-paced, high volume Production Environment? My client are looking for an experience Production Manager to join their business where you will be responsible for effectively managing the staff and functions of the Production Department to ensure that each day’s items are processed and made ready for despatch in accordance with the company’s Customer Commitment.

Job Description

  • To ensure the preparation, processing, finishing, repair and dispatch of all garments, mats, cabinet towels and other items to required standards as laid down in BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 / 14001 ISO 14065 Local Working Instructions and Company Operations Manual
  • To provide ongoing training for all staff from start of service and throughout their employment and regularly review their training and development
  • To enforce and carry out all tasks to comply with Company Policy on Health & Safety and COSHH requirements
  • To fully utilise the ABS computer system, and other relevant software as appropriate
  • To achieve targets and keep all costs to or below budget and to keep accurate records where required
