Job Role: Production & Operations Manager
Salary: £50,000- £55,000 + Performance Bonus + Training + Development Opportunities
Location: Yate, Bristol
Our client are currently in an excellent period of growth and require an exprerienced Production Manager to support the business with its ambiotons for the future.

You will oversee day-to-day production activities, monitor quality and safety standards, and identify opportunities for process improvement using LEAN manufacturing methods. This role also involves generating production reports, analysing KPIs, and working closely with product design teams to create and launch new products.
This role would suit Production & Operations Manager who is looking to join a nationwide company who prioritise their staff's learning, development, offering a structured routine which will give you the opportunity to progress.
The Role
• Oversee production of custom office chairs and components.
• Ensure quality and safety throughout the production process.
• Implement LEAN improvements and analyse performance metrics.
• Collaborate on product design and drive manufacturing excellence.
Hours
Monday - Thursday 07:45 to 16:30, Friday 07:45 to 15:00)
The Person
• Operations management, manufacturing, or production
• Fast-paced production environment
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality control standards
• MRP and ERP software in manufacturing environments
