We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations.

Duties

• Oversee manufacturing and production processes
• Monitor production rate, standard and quality.
• Ensure production targets are met and minimize waste and inefficiencies
• Creating and implementing production schedules
• Procuring and maintaining production equipment
• Work with other departments e.g. Marketing, Procurement, Quality Control etc.
• Monitor the training and development of staff
• Create production report for management
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
• Monitor stock and materials level to avoid material shortages

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production management role
• Mechanical knowledge is essential
• Familiarity with warehouse operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience on related field
