Job Title: Production Operative
Salary: £11.44 per hour + £10 weekly shift allowance/attendance bonus for early shift & £20 weekly shift allowance/attendance bonus for the late shift.
Contract type: Temporary to Permanent (12 weeks)
Shifts: 0600 - 1400 Monday - Friday & 1400 - 0000 Monday - Friday (Rotating shift patterns)
Location: Tewkesbury (GL20)
Our client, a market leading manufacturer, are looking to add Production Operatives on a temporary to permanent contract to their growing and expanding production facility based in Tewkesbury.
This position will include working closely with various other departments and you will need to show a degree if flexibility as training will be provided in various departments of the production facility.
Key responsibilities:
- Accurately complete batch documentation
- Ensure equipment functions efficiently and procedures work correctly
- Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing
- Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation
- Provide assistance to other operators where required
- Maintain work area in a clean, organised and safe manner
- Process the manufacture of product ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Conduct other tasks as required by line manager

- Able to follow instructions and procedures
- Strong team player
- Able to complete documentation with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets
- Flexible
Full training will be provided.
Having your own transport will be benefical due to limited public transport available in the mornings and at night.
